Crescent Ridge is a 31-acre townhome community located on Tryon Road, between Lake Dam Road and Avent Ferry Road, in south Raleigh, North Carolina. Built between 2003 and 2006 by Standard Pacific Homes, the community consists of 257 homes, which include 157 two-story units and 100 three-story units with garages. The community features additional amenities, including a private pool, clubhouse, and children's play area.  The pet-friendly community ranges from three to nine townhomes per section. The community was awarded the North Carolina 2010 Community of the Year in the medium townhome category from Community Association Institute.
